Achieving Effectiveness

We at Shuddham Learning help clients to run Development Centres. We use multiple tools to identify the competencies and the developmental needs. We develop content around the need based objectives. Facilitators at Shuddham have deep understanding of Adult Learning Principles and are seasoned coaches. The sessions are made extremely engaging for all levels of participants with the Case methods, classroom simulations and gaming. 

Post-Training there are built-in opportunities of multiple contacts with the participants. We engage with the sponsors of the initiative to run assessment for the measurement of the effectiveness of the interventions.

Building Emotionally Intelligent Leadership

For a Fortune 500 company, we developed a program on building emotional intelligence among the managers. The program is being successfully run for 7 consecutive years covering all the managers in Project Management and Technical career path.

 

Developing Leadership pipeline

An organization playing a major role in providing logistics solutions in Asia Pacific region, we helped them build strategy for building leadership pipeline to support the organizations aggressive expansion and growth plans. The complete intervention was spread over 2 years, involving course development, facilitation, Action Learning Projects and individual coaching. We also built in internal training capabilities through Train the Trainer for internal trainers.

 

Change Management

Service Culture and Quality- For two organizations we have designed change management intervention involving coaching for the Top and Senior Management and for building internal capabilities for creating service culture and building customer relationships. The programs were rolled out across India as an integral part of these organizations’ strategy to enhance customer experience.

 

Coaching Culture

For a top financial Fortune 500 company we are involved in creating a culture of people development and performance improvement through coaching. The target audience for this intervention are Middle and Senior managers.

 

Content Development 

For a financial services organization, we helped build in-house capability in facilitation of mandatory training. This involved  definingthe courses, developing the content and Train-the trainer skills building  for the in-house  learning facilitators 

 

Career Counselling Cell for a College

To ensure that the maximum number of students get placement during the campus interviews, the college wanted to offer a comprehensive career counseling program. This resulted in the course design of the program - Preparing For Tomorrow- that helped the students identify their unique strengths through validated inventories and develop their leadership skills. 

 

New Employee Orientation

One financial services organization required to manage attrition of the new joiners. They needed to arrest the attrition of the new joiners and wanted to educate them on the career path, the nature of the work in the organization, and company's value system. Working in collaboration with the client we designed a comprehensive new hires orientation program. We did the course design, content development, participant workbooks & facilitator guides. The program was then handed over to the learning university with a train-the trainer skill building workshop for the learning catalysts to deliver the program in-house. 

 

Workshops

For one company we designed and implemented programs for its Professional Development Course in the areas of Emotional Intelligence, behavior change and ethical conduct. Those programs have been provided for individual contributors and professionals from every business unit regularly, using pragmatic business concepts and immediate application to actual job concerns.
